The five steps
- Submit an inquiry. Fill out the short form at magicalwaxingfranchise.com. A member of the franchise team replies within 48 hours.
- Meet the team. Have an introductory conversation about your goals, market, capital and preferred role, and ask anything you like.
- Visit the Tucker flagship. See a working Magical Waxing® studio in Tucker, GA, where foundational training also takes place.
- Review the FDD. You receive the FDD at least 14 calendar days before signing or paying. Review it with a franchise attorney and accountant.
- Sign, finance and build out. Sign the franchise agreement, arrange third-party financing if needed, then move through site selection, lease, build-out, training and opening.
Step 1: Submit an inquiry
The process starts with a short form — your name, contact details, the market you're considering and a little about your background. There's no cost and no commitment. A member of the franchise team replies within 48 hours to schedule a first conversation. Prefer to talk? Call 706-363-6363.
Step 2: Meet the team
This is a two-way interview. We'll ask about your goals, your timeline, whether you want to be an owner-operator or semi-absentee, and the capital you have available. You'll ask about training, support, territories, the service menu and what a typical week looks like for an owner. Bring your hardest questions.
Step 3: Visit the Tucker flagship
Nothing replaces walking through a working studio. At the Tucker, GA flagship you'll see the treatment rooms, the front desk, the flow of clients and how the team works together. It's also where foundational training at the Tucker, GA flagship studio takes place, so you'll get a preview of where you'll learn.
Step 4: Review the FDD
You receive the FDD at least 14 calendar days before signing or paying. The Franchise Disclosure Document describes the franchisor, the fees, the estimated investment, training obligations, territory rights, the list of current and former franchisees, and the franchisor's financial statements. The current FDD was issued December 15, 2025. Use the time to call owners and review everything with a franchise attorney and accountant. Our FDD walkthrough can help.
Step 5: Sign, finance, and build out
If both sides agree it's a fit, you sign the franchise agreement and pay the $35,000 franchise fee. The franchisor and its affiliates do not finance the investment. Many owners arrange SBA or conventional loans in parallel with their FDD review so they're ready to move.
From there, you'll work through site selection and lease negotiation, design and permitting, construction and build-out, hiring your team, completing training, and a grand opening.
What affects your timeline
- Site: finding the right space and negotiating the lease is often the longest variable.
- Permits: local building and health permitting timelines differ widely by city and county.
- Construction: second-generation spaces may need less work than raw shells.
- Training and hiring: completing training and recruiting licensed estheticians before opening.
- Financing: loan approval and closing timelines.
We can't promise a specific opening date — every market and site is different — but the team will help you plan each stage.
