The estimated initial investment for one Magical Waxing® studio is $199,750–$339,500, per FDD Items 5–7.
How much is the franchise fee?
The initial franchise fee is $35,000 and is non-refundable.
What are the royalty and other ongoing fees?
Royalty is 6% of gross sales, weekly. Brand fund is 2% of gross sales, weekly. Local marketing is 4% of gross sales, monthly.
Do I need beauty or salon experience?
No. Owners lead the business and team; licensed estheticians and threading specialists deliver services. Leadership and people skills matter most.
What training is provided?
Foundational training at the Tucker, GA flagship studio, covering operations, the service menu, hiring and the client experience.
What support do owners receive?
Support includes site selection and build-out guidance, opening support, marketing programs funded by the brand fund, and ongoing operational guidance.
How long does it take to open?
It depends mainly on finding a site, permits, construction, financing and hiring. The team helps plan each stage but cannot promise a specific date.
Do you offer financing?
The franchisor and its affiliates do not finance the investment. Many owners use SBA or conventional loans, retirement rollovers or partners.
Can I open more than one studio?
Yes. A 2–5 unit development agreement has an estimated investment of $225,750–$444,500, with $25,000 per unit after the first. All fees are due at signing.
Are territories available near me?
Many are. Current studios are in Tucker, Norcross, Snellville, Dunwoody, Marietta, Hugh Howell, with Loganville, Stone Mountain, Alpharetta coming. Submit an inquiry to check your area.
What services do studios offer?
60+ services including waxing with 12 Italian hard wax varieties, threading, lashes, brows, facials, vajacials and henna.
Do studios serve men?
Yes. The Manzilianaire™ menu includes the Manzilian from $50, back, chest and brow services.
What does Brazilianaire™ mean?
A Brazilianaire™ is a beauty-studio owner who builds a business around the Brazilian wax, the most-rebooked service in beauty. The term was coined by Magical Waxing®.
How do I get the FDD?
Submit an inquiry and speak with the franchise team. You receive the FDD at least 14 calendar days before signing or paying. The current FDD was issued December 15, 2025.
